Tooyn is a dating app built for Armenia. Every conversation starts anonymous — no name, no photo, twenty-four hours. Profiles open only when you both decide they should.
Tooyn's default is a conversation with someone nearby who has no idea what you look like — and you have no idea about them. You get a day. What you do with it is the point.

An offer is a plan somebody is actually going to. A table booked for Friday, two tickets, a hike leaving at six. You ask to join; the host decides. It replaces the week of messaging that usually goes nowhere.

A chat without a face is easier to abuse, so the rules around it are stricter than the rest of the app, not looser. Every anonymous pairing carries the same reporting tools as a normal conversation, and a report survives the chat ending.
A live selfie matched against your photos. Unverified accounts are visible but marked, and can be filtered out entirely.
Including inside an anonymous chat, before you know who the person is. Blocking is silent and immediate.
Tooyn has no web profiles, no shareable links and no search by name. Your profile exists inside the app or not at all.
Delete your account from Settings and photos, chats and matches go with it. No thirty-day grace period holding your data hostage.
Nothing. The request is sent and the other person sees it, but no photo or name is exchanged until both have agreed. If the timer runs out first, the chat closes and neither profile is ever shown.
Yes. The swipe deck and offers work the way you'd expect, and you can match and message there without ever opening an anonymous chat.
Offers only work when people are close enough to actually turn up, and moderation only works when we can read what's being reported. We'd rather do one country properly. Tooyn is starting in Yerevan and opening up from there.
No. Tooyn makes money from subscriptions, which is the only reason the free tier can be the whole product. There are no ads on any tier and no third-party trackers in the app.
Nothing. Premium and Tooyn+ add visibility — seeing who liked you, travel mode, priority in offers — but every part of meeting somebody is free.
